Aeromister for airborne disinfection
The Aéro brumisateur is a diffuser that generates a fog composed of billions of particles.
micro-droplets pulsed through an air nozzle.
This technique provides powerful air and surface disinfection by
DSVA air route, and is ideal for hygiene:

COMMISSIONING :
- Supply voltage
- Check that the mains voltage corresponds to that of the device:
- 220/240V single-phase - 50 Hz
- Canister installation
- Loosen can cap without removing it.
- Insert the canister into its housing, with the cap facing forward.
- Remove the cap from the canister.
- Insert dip tube into canister.
- Position the device cap correctly on the neck of the can.
- Finally, make sure the hoses are not kinked.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE :
- Check the nature of the product to be dispensed.
- Check that the room is at least airtight.
- Plug in the unit.
- Display broadcast time in minutes using the timer.
- Diffusion time is determined by the volume or surface area of the room.
- Contact your local sales representative if necessary.
- The unit switches off automatically at the end of the broadcast.
- After recovery, unplug the unit.
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS USE AND CARE :
- Check the programmed broadcast time before starting the broadcast.
- Under no circumstances should the unit be operated without its cover.
- Never dismantle the Aéro brumisateur, whatever the part to be cleaned or checked, without unplugging it.
- In the event of a malfunction, contact your plant's technical department immediately.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SHEET :
THIS MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT THE UNIT OPERATES CORRECTLY.
After each broadcast :
- Perform a rinse diffusion with a can filled with tap water
- Wipe the body of the unit with a soft, clean cloth dampened with 70° alcohol to remove all traces.
Every month :
Check condition of: - hoses, peristaltic pump hose (if present)
then every 12 months :
Change: - peristaltic pump hose (if present)
MAIN CAUSES OF FAILURE :
The unit does not start:
Check that the power cord is properly connected to the mains.
Aéro brumisateur does not "mist" properly Check :
- none of the pipes is disconnected from its housing
- the air supply is connected
- that the air exits the nozzle correctly
- If the nozzle appears clogged, disassemble it and check that no particles are blocking the orifice,
- then screw it back on tightly (important note below)
- If none of these steps solves the problem, call your installer.
Fluid consumption too high or too low :
- Check all the above points
- If none of these steps solves the problem, call your installer.
IMPORTANT NOTE Clean your system regularly with demineralized water.
Remember to dismantle and clean the nozzle regularly, as dust can build up and eventually clog it.
In the event of a problem (air comes out of the nozzle but the liquid does not), please follow the procedure below:
- Unscrew parts 1 and 2.
- Thoroughly clean the inside of the air nozzle (part 2). Impurities could slow or even stop the air flow.
- Carefully unscrew part 3 without damaging the Teflon seal 4.
-Immerse parts 2 and 3 in lukewarm water or clean with compressed air (NEVER use needles, paper clips, etc.).
-Check with the naked eye that the nozzle hole (pointed part of part 3) is unblocked.
-Screw the components back together. Tighten nut (part 1).
-Don't forget to replace the Teflon seal (part 4).
