COMMISSIONING : <\/strong>
\n- Supply voltage
\n- Check that the mains voltage corresponds to that of the device:
\n- 220\/240V single-phase - 50 Hz
\n- Canister installation
\n- Loosen can cap without removing it.
\n- Insert the canister into its housing, with the cap facing forward.
\n- Remove the cap from the canister.
\n- Insert dip tube into canister.
\n- Position the device cap correctly on the neck of the can.
\n- Finally, make sure the hoses are not kinked.<\/p>\nINSTRUCTIONS FOR USE : <\/b><\/h4>\n
- Check the nature of the product to be dispensed.
\n- Check that the room is at least airtight.
\n- Plug in the unit.
\n- Display broadcast time in minutes using the timer.
\n- Diffusion time is determined by the volume or surface area of the room.
\n- Contact your local sales representative if necessary.
\n- The unit switches off automatically at the end of the broadcast.
\n- After recovery, unplug the unit.<\/p>\n
IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS USE AND CARE :<\/b>
\n- Check the programmed broadcast time before starting the broadcast.
\n- Under no circumstances should the unit be operated without its cover.
\n- Never dismantle the A\u00e9ro brumisateur, whatever the part to be cleaned or checked, without unplugging it.
\n- In the event of a malfunction, contact your plant's technical department immediately.<\/p>\nPREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SHEET : <\/b><\/h4>\n
THIS MAINTENANCE IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT THE UNIT OPERATES CORRECTLY.<\/p>\n
After each broadcast :
\n- Perform a rinse diffusion with a can filled with tap water
\n- Wipe the body of the unit with a soft, clean cloth dampened with 70\u00b0 alcohol to remove all traces.<\/p>\n
Every month :
\nCheck condition of: - hoses, peristaltic pump hose (if present)<\/p>\n
then every 12 months :
\nChange: - peristaltic pump hose (if present)<\/p>\n
MAIN CAUSES OF FAILURE :\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\nThe unit does not start:
\nCheck that the power cord is properly connected to the mains.<\/p>\n
A\u00e9ro brumisateur does not \"mist\" properly Check :
\n- none of the pipes is disconnected from its housing
\n- the air supply is connected
\n- that the air exits the nozzle correctly
\n- If the nozzle appears clogged, disassemble it and check that no particles are blocking the orifice,
\n- then screw it back on tightly (important note below)
\n- If none of these steps solves the problem, call your installer.<\/p>\n
Fluid consumption too high or too low :
\n- Check all the above points
\n- If none of these steps solves the problem, call your installer.<\/p>\n
IMPORTANT NOTE<\/strong> Clean your system regularly with demineralized water.
\nRemember to dismantle and clean the nozzle regularly, as dust can build up and eventually clog it.<\/p>\nIn the event of a problem (air comes out of the nozzle but the liquid does not), please follow the procedure below:
\n- Unscrew parts 1 and 2.
\n- Thoroughly clean the inside of the air nozzle (part 2). Impurities could slow or even stop the air flow.
\n- Carefully unscrew part 3 without damaging the Teflon seal 4.
\n-Immerse parts 2 and 3 in lukewarm water or clean with compressed air (NEVER use needles, paper clips, etc.).
\n-Check with the naked eye that the nozzle hole (pointed part of part 3) is unblocked.
\n-Screw the components back together. Tighten nut (part 1).
