The new E Series is the result of this consolidated, reliable technology, with the introduction of a long list of improvements and innovative technical solutions that make it the new trump card in the category of ice machines with built-in storage.
The ice machine Icematic E25 is part of this E series, and is a hollow ice machine with reservation.
It produces 25 kg/day of ice cubes and has a built-in storage capacity of 10 kg.
The E25 series is available with an air or water-cooled condenser and a total weight of 39 kg.
Its body is made entirely of stainless steel with its modern design, rounded corners and meticulous finish.
The updated construction philosophy has made it possible to introduce effective front ventilation, which significantly improves efficiency in air-cooled versions. A filter (removable and washable) has been introduced to prevent condenser clogging and help channel air flows. Depot capacity has been significantly increased to cope with times of greater ice demand. Even the water drain level has been raised (to a minimum of 6 cm from the floor) to facilitate installation in any situation.

AGION's technology is based on the use of silver ions, a natural antimicrobial agent that is effective, safe, non-toxic and causes no irritation or allergies. Icematic E25 ice cube maker has no pump or nozzles, and therefore, unlike machines using sprinkler technology, does not require frequent periodic maintenance for cleaning and descaling.
In fact, the ice cubes form around the evaporator rods, which are immersed in the water tank, the level of which is monitored by a dedicated sensor.
Helical paddles rotate between the various rows of rods (and thus among the forming ice cubes) which, in addition to keeping the water in the tank moving and oxygenated, determine the duration of the production cycle and the start of defrosting.
In fact, they are positioned so as to touch the ice, which is solidifying around the rods, until the cubes have reached the ideal size. The machine therefore automatically adapts the cycle time to the various environmental conditions (ambient temperature, water temperature, etc.), without any need for adjustment, and always produces evenly shaped cubes of constant size. The absence of pumps and nozzles also ensures maximum silence and, thanks to its large heat exchange surface, lower energy consumption.
New water level sensor :
The water level in the tank is determined by a new-generation sensor that is much more precise and reliable than the current float. It also makes it possible to modify the dimensions (height) of the ice cube.
New semi-automatic washing and disinfection system:
the washing and disinfecting cycle can be performed by the end-user without the intervention of specialized technicians, and without having to move or open the ice maker (not even in the case of under-counter or flush-mount installation). Simply open the ice deposit door, fill the evaporator tray with a cleaning and disinfecting solution, and the machine will then automatically perform the scheduled wash and rinse cycles.
