Coffee percolator 6.5L

Traditionally, the coffee percolator is that imposing device found in restaurants, hotels and other professional places, used to prepare coffee.

Its special feature is that it can prepare large quantities of coffee without having to make several rounds, as is usually the case with small coffee machines.

The principle of percolation is to prepare coffee by applying high pressure water to a coffee grind.

Start by pouring cold water into the reservoir, then ground coffee into the filter.

Once the appliance is switched on, it heats up, the water forms steam and the pressure rises until the coffee is ground.

The water then takes on the flavor and aroma of the coffee before completing its cycle in another compartment.

That's it, the coffee's ready, and all you have to do is open the little tap on the percolator to pour yourself a cup. This cycle is quick and easy.
