Delivery

Delivery time is usually 5-15 working days. An email will be sent to you confirming price, delivery time, location and payment. You can send an email at any time with questions about your order. You can choose between two options:

Standard delivery
Order delivered within 10 working days of receipt of payment.

Express delivery
Orders placed (Monday to Friday) before 1pm are processed the same day and will be dispatched within 5-15 working days, except for orders placed on weekends and public holidays, which will be delayed by 2 days.
Your order will be delivered by our approved carriers. If you are not present when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card to tell you how you can collect your order, and at the same time you will receive an e-mail informing you that our carrier has arrived.
Depending on the shipping method, you can be informed of the delivery progress, and you can track the progress of your order either by SMS or online.

National / international delivery charges
The cost of our national and international shipping services will be communicated to you on your order form before your order is confirmed.
The cost is calculated according to order size and delivery method.
Due to restrictions on the transport of hazardous materials, aerosols will be withdrawn from orders for international shipments.

Store pickup
Store pickup is the ideal option for customers who wish to buy online from Aquatiss, but are not at home due to a busy schedule or do not have a secure location for delivery of their order. Payment for items with store pick-up must be made online on our Aquatiss website.

Packaging

Packaging and protection guarantee the safe delivery of your goods, and we take particular care in packaging and securing certain products (over-packaged detergent, leak testing of cans, etc.).
All goods delivered by our suppliers are rigorously checked in our warehouse for waterproofing, compliance with standards and regulations, and compliance with the catalog description, before being offered to you.
We advise you to keep the packaging in its original condition.
Only products in their original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, unworn, unopened and accompanied by the return slip will be accepted. Damaged boxes will not be accepted for return.

Availability

Product availability is indicated on the website. If, exceptionally, an item is unavailable or exceeds the estimated lead time on the site, we will inform you by e-mail when you confirm your order. At any time, you can cancel your order for unavailable products or contact customer service to replace them with similar products. In the event of prolonged unavailability (product discontinued by the supplier, manufacturing problem, etc.), an advisor will contact you to propose a solution.

Price

Product prices shown on the site are in Tunisian Dinar / Euros, all taxes included, plus logistical preparation and delivery charges. The price (including VAT) of each product that the Customer wishes to purchase, as well as the amount of shipping costs for delivery, will be communicated to the Customer either when he/she connects to the Site, or when he/she calls Customer Service before proceeding with the validation of his/her order.
Aquatiss reserves the right to modify the prices of the Products presented on the site. In any case, the Products will be invoiced to the customer on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated. Items for which no price is displayed can be consulted by requesting a quote from the site.

Payment

Payment can only be made on the website after the order has been placed (except for special conditions). The invoice and shipment of the goods will be established upon final receipt of payment (except special conditions).

By bank transfer
Pay directly from your bank account. Please use your order ID as payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until funds are received.

Payment by Cash/Postal Order (including Western Union)
We accept payment by postal order (including Western Union). After validating your order, please use the (order) identifier as the payment reference. Bank details entered during order validation are encrypted by our payment partner GPG to guarantee the security of online payments. Credit card numbers never circulate unencrypted on the Internet. Once you have validated your basket, entered your personal details and chosen your delivery method, you can pay for your purchases by entering your bank details. These details are entered in an environment that is totally protected by the SSL security protocol, a benchmark in data security. Payment takes place on the GPG Check out page, where customers enter their credit card details or those of the Tunisian Post Office. The amount of your order is debited once you have validated it. You will then be informed whether the operation has been successful or not.

Warranty

If an item does not suit you, it can be exchanged or refunded. It must be returned to us at your expense within 10 days of receipt. Products must be complete and accompanied by all accessories, instructions and other documentation, in their original packaging and condition.

Returning a product under warranty
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be reimbursed or a credit note will be issued, said reimbursement or credit note being issued after receipt and inspection of the product(s) by the seller.

The warranty applies to all products in the order, excluding :
- Products manufactured to customer specifications (customized and made-to-measure products).

General sales conditions

Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any contrary condition, in the absence of express acceptance, will be unenforceable against the seller.

Products
The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. Product offers are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, the seller will inform the customer as soon as possible after the order has been placed. The customer may then either cancel or modify the order. Some products in this catalog are accompanied by a safety data sheet.

Warranty
The invoice serves as warranty or exchange certificate. Products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of delivery against manufacturing or material defects. The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of products found to be defective, with the exception of :
- accessories (power cables, hoses, etc.).
The guarantee does not apply :
- only after the seller has been informed of the defects within 72 hours of their appearance and after presentation of the purchase invoice for the product;
- only on condition that the customer has not intervened, himself or through a third party, on the product since it was made available.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, deterioration or accidents caused by negligence.
Retention of title and transfer of risk
The seller retains full and exclusive ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received.

Delivery/ Transport

Aquatiss undertakes to deliver any product ordered within 5-15 working days for deliveries to Tunisia. If these delivery times are exceeded, the customer may cancel the order or accept a new delivery date, without being entitled to demand a price reduction or the payment of damages. The customer has a right of withdrawal of 7 days. If an item does not suit him/her, he/she has 10 days after delivery to return it at his/her expense in new condition and in its original packaging with accessories and documents, unopened sealed pouches, unopened and unused consumables. The customer may request an exchange, credit note or refund, except for personalized products.
In any event, the agreed deadlines will be extended in the event of force majeure, such as the total or partial stoppage of the vendor's personnel or that of one of its suppliers or carriers due to strike, fire, flood, manufacturing accident, etc.

Products travel at the customer's risk, and it is the customer's responsibility, in the event of damage or missing products, to make any necessary observations on the transport documents and confirm his reservations with the carrier within 3 days of receipt of the goods, in accordance with the French Commercial Code. Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions, the customer must notify the seller of any anomaly within 3 days of receipt of the goods, and any return must be subject to the seller's prior written agreement. Postage and packaging costs are at the customer's expense.

Price
Prices shown on quotations, websites, catalogs and other documents are guaranteed for the period of validity mentioned (subject to fluctuations in the price of raw materials: metals, paper, plastics, etc.). Prices may be quoted in Tunisian Dinars, Euros or US Dollars. Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. In the case of orders to countries other than Tunisia, the customer is considered to be the importer of the products concerned. For all products shipped outside Tunisia, the price will be calculated net of tax on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and sums shall be borne by the customer, who shall be entirely responsible for declaring and paying them to the competent authorities in the country concerned. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain information on these aspects from the relevant authorities. Unless otherwise specified on the invoice, payment must be made in cash on order or receipt of invoice, without discount. Any complaint concerning an invoice must be made to us by registered letter within 24 hours of receipt. We have the right to request guarantees of solvency, even during the execution of an order. If we have serious doubts as to our customer's solvency, or if the customer fails to provide us with the requested guarantees, we have the right to demand payment in advance or to suspend all services or deliveries.

Any invoice recovered by the legal department will be subject to a flat-rate penalty of 15% of the sums due.
Responsibilities
The products offered comply with current Tunisian and European legislation. The seller declines all responsibility in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the relevant local authorities for any restrictions on the import or use of the products he/she intends to order. Should the seller be held liable for a product supplied, the maximum amount of damages and interest to which it may be condemned shall not exceed the price paid by the customer for the product in question. In any event, the seller may not be held liable for material or immaterial damage of any kind whatsoever, which may be the direct or indirect consequence of malfunctioning or non-conforming use of the products marketed.
Terms of payment
Unless otherwise specified on the invoice, payment is made according to the terms of the payment section.

Personal information
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify and object to personal data concerning them.
